CIMPAX® Electrodes

A complete electrode range for electrosurgical procedures.

The CIMPAX® Electrode range covers the full spectrum of single-use electrodes for electrosurgical cutting, coagulation, dissection and specialized procedures. Every electrode features a standard 2.35 mm connection with hex-lock, ensuring secure positioning and compatibility with the CIMPAX® C-PEN and other standard electrosurgical pencils.

The range spans blade, needle, ball, loop and conization electrodes in multiple lengths, with options for uncoated, coated, insulated and silicone finishes. Whether the procedure calls for a standard 65 mm blade, a fine tungsten micro-dissection needle, or a tungsten wire conization electrode shaped to the anatomy of the cervix, there is a CIMPAX electrode designed for the job.

Key Benefits

  • Complete range in one portfolio. Blade, needle, ball, loop and conization electrodes.
  • Standard 2.35 mm connection with hex-lock. Secure positioning, universal pencil compatibility.
  • Multiple lengths. From short 55 mm electrodes for accessible work to 200 mm options for deep-cavity surgery.
  • Specialist finishes. Coated and insulated options reduce sticking and improve precision.
  • Single-use, sterile. Consistent performance, no reprocessing required.

Electrode Types

Blade electrodes

The everyday workhorse for cutting and coagulation. Available in lengths from 65 mm to 200 mm, with uncoated, PTFE-coated, coated/insulated, silicone and silicone/insulated finishes.

Needle electrodes

For precise, controlled cutting and coagulation. Available in 65 mm to 165 mm, including standard stainless steel, coated, coated/insulated and tungsten micro-dissection options. The 45° angled tungsten needle is designed for hard-to-reach work.

Ball electrodes

For broad-surface coagulation and fulguration. Available with 5 mm ball heads on 55 mm or 120 mm shafts, in standard and coated finishes.

Loop electrodes (tungsten wire)

For tissue removal and shaped excision. Available in four loop sizes (10×10, 15×12, 20×15 and 20×20 mm) on 65 mm or 120 mm shafts. Colour-coded handles make size identification immediate.

Conization electrodes (tungsten wire)

Designed to follow the anatomy of the cervix for easy and safe conization procedures. Available in four shapes (10×15, 13×10, 13×20, 16×22 mm) on 60 mm or 120 mm shafts.

Compatible With

The full CIMPAX® Electrode range fits the CIMPAX® C-PEN and any other electrosurgical pencil with a standard 2.35 mm electrode socket.

Choosing the Right Electrode

The CIMPAX electrode portfolio is broad by design. The right choice depends on the procedure, the tissue type, the access and the surgeon’s preference. For detailed specifications, reference numbers and box quantities, please contact CIMPAX.
