The CIMPAX® C-PUMP is a non-electric, single-use elastomeric infusion pump designed for continuous, accurate delivery of local anesthetics in post-operative pain management. Powered by a medical-grade silicone reservoir, it requires no batteries, no programming and no setup. Just reliable, consistent infusion from the moment it’s connected.

Configurations

The C-PUMP is available in multiple configurations to suit different clinical needs:

  • Multi-rate model — seven-step adjustable basal flow (0–7 ml/hr) for tailored therapy
  • PCA version — patient-controlled, on-demand bolus dosing (1.0 ml / 15 min) for added relief within safety limits

Adjustable Flow Regulator: dial-selectable flow rates (0–7 ml/hr) for tailored infusion. Start at 7 ml/hr to prime. Safe, simple and ideal for post-op pain control.

Patient-Controlled Bolus Button: allows on-demand dosing within safety limits for added pain relief. Compact and designed for patient comfort.

Clinical Application: Continuous Wound Infiltration (CWI)

The C-PUMP is used for post-operative analgesia, regional anesthesia and wound infiltration. It is ideal for orthopedic, general, gynecologic and ambulatory surgery patients.
