The CIMPAX® C-PURE 750™ is a surgical smoke evacuation system designed to redefine what an OR team should expect from a filtration unit. It pairs ultra-quiet operation with serious filtration power, in a compact format that sits comfortably on a shelf or counter and stacks neatly when space is tight.
Four layers of filtration and up to 35 hours of filter life make it equally suitable for high-volume electrosurgery and laser procedures. A unique 3-port filter accepts a range of hose and accessory options, so you rarely need adapters.

How It Works
The C-PURE 750 captures surgical smoke through your connected pencil or hose, then routes it through a 4-stage filter that traps ultra-fine particles, chemicals and biological contaminants. Filtered air returns to the OR environment, clean and safe to breathe.
Operate the unit in three ways:
- Remote sensor activator with 2 to 10 second time-delay option

- Foot pedal

The C-PURE 750 works seamlessly with the full CIMPAX® smoke evacuation pencil range:
CIMPAX® Fluid Trap
Protective fluid barrier that extends filter life and reduces maintenance costs. Acts as a protective barrier, preventing the passage of fluids into the main filter of the smoke evacuation system. The 20 ml version is integrated into selected C-VAC Xtract configurations. A standalone 100 ml Fluid Trap is available as a separate accessory for clinical setups that handle larger fluid volumes. Translucent, lightweight, with clear measurement increments and integrated protection caps for safe disposal.
Available Configurations
The C-PURE 750 main unit is supplied with a power cable and ULPA/Carbon filter included. Optional accessories include the remote sensor activator (with 2–10 second time-delay option), replacement ULPA/Carbon filters and the CIMPAX® Fluid Trap.
